Before working with TCI, I developed a passion for communicating with clients in many industries ranging from building, plumbing, painting, and dental. Through those experiences, I enjoyed most, educating and listening to clients' needs and requests to find solutions that worked for both parties.
Outside of customer service, my experiences have ranged from scheduling, accounts receivable & payable, customer complaints, inventory management, and monthly budgeting.
My husband and I have 2 beautiful daughters and I enjoy gardening, biking, and side-by-side trailblazing!
